The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the quiet and comfortable rooms provided a peaceful night's sleep, perfect for recharging after a day of exploring. The hotel's breakfast was decent, offering a good selection of options to start the day. Although the pancake station was closed, the beautiful breakfast area with ample natural sunlight made it a delightful dining experience. The location, away from busy streets, offered a serene ambiance, complemented by a fantastic view. the amenities, including the 24-hour Fitness Center and pool, added a layer of convenience and relaxation to our trip. the complimentary shuttle service to various destinations around the hotel was a thoughtful touch that made exploring the area effortless. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express Pocatello provided a memorable stay with its clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pocatello, whether for business or pleasure. It truly became one of our favorite stops during our trip.
